The Green family has been based in Utah for generations, falling in love with the people and the land. Val Allen Green grew up on a farm in Layton and studied Music at University of Utah, while part of OTC program. He began training in Mississippi where he met Edith. After the war Edith and Val moved back to Utah and married. 

Through out their time together they both grew very passionate about the community and strived to provide better educational and healthcare opportunities. This remains a commanding pillar with the foundation today, we continue to pursue projects serving the community at large.
